Return & Refund Policy

At Ellivo, each piece is handmade and one of one. Because of the nature of our products, we aim to be as clear and fair as possible with our policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

As every Ellivo cap is individually made, slight imperfections are part of the design and are not considered faults.


Custom Orders

All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes:
• Custom designs
• Caps made using customer-provided materials


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: contactellivo@gmail.com

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
